Ordering & Shipping
You dont have to create an account with name and password etc; just click on the Login button at the top right of the page and either use Gmail or Facebook to login. We dont get access to your Gmail or Facebook account; we know just the email address, to process your order.
Browse our products and add them to your cart. Once you are ready to checkout, click on the cart icon, review the cart and then checkout. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.
We generally ship within the same day or next day of purchase. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. We use CanadaPost or Purolator for shipping.
We currently only ship within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Depends! If the chosen shipping method supports tracking, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on the carrier's website.
General Questions
We grow from the seeds we saved from our own plants. We sell the same seeds we grow. We do not use any pesticides or fertilizers on our plants.
We practice organic gardening but we dont claim any certifications.
We stand by the quality of our seeds. But in reality, seeds may fail to germinate or grow as expected due to a number of factors. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds but if you are a local gardener we can offer you replacement plants.
Planting & Growing
The best planting time depends on your growing zone and the specific plant variety. Each seed packet includes detailed planting instructions, including the recommended planting time for your region. You can also check our planting calendar for guidance. Keep in mind that most south asian vegetable plants need over ~20 degree celsius to germinate and 10-15 degree celsius at least to grow. They dont tolerate frost well.
Store seeds in airtight container or zip-lock bag. Place the jar or zip-lock in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator.
Yes! Each seed packet includes detailed growing instructions, and we also provide comprehensive growing guides on our website. Our guides cover everything from soil preparation to harvesting tips.
